Banana Chocolate Cake 12.06.2010 + Dumpling 13.06.2010

My boy was out to Sentosa for a 'Brothers-get-along' session simply means drinking session ba -.-" And that also means I got the entire day to myself so I planned in advance to bake him his favourite cake =)

After dropping him and Ken at Harbourfront, I headed back to Hougang to get all the necessary ingredients for my baking session!!

He loves this Chocolate Cake filled with fresh banana in between from Secret Receipe so I attempted to replica one, wahaha!!

Heating up the oven. . . .

I baked many stuff before but my mother will always be around to 'assist' and wash up everything for mi. But this time, I was all alone!! My mother was excited about the outcome. She even called home to check on me once she got off from work -.-"

Trust mi, it was damn difficult to spread the chocolate cream in between the layers and to put those stupid slices of banana -.-"

I didn take a picture of my final piece coz it looked damn ugly but it tasted good!!!

I spent 5hours?!!? to finish that freaking cake!! I was so SHAG!!

Uncle Shawn was tired too coz he drunk for like 8 hours?!?!

Bestie Ong called up and since it was a Saturday night how can i be at home? and Uncle Shawn was too shag to accompany mi too. We headed down to NaNa!! We promised each other to end the night early like at 2am? But we ended home at 6am!!!
